President and Founder Tonya Suits, CAE is a highly accomplished leader with a wealth of experience in nonprofit management. Over the past decade, she has built and developed a successful association management company for a large insurance trade organization, managing operations for over a dozen associations and leading a team of association professionals. Tonya's extensive experience includes event planning, board and governance relations, committee and volunteer management, day-to-day business operations, developing and managing certification programs for clients, technology management including website development and mobile apps, providing quality customer service, and managing social media platforms, marketing initiatives, communication channels, and managing effective teams. She developed advertising strategies for products and services of clients and the AMC to promote growth.

Tonya has a Bachelors of Science from the University of Indianapolis and is a Certified Association Executive.
