Service shouldn’t be an afterthought.

Your AMC should be excited about the promotion and the success of your organization. Do they actively suggest services, projects, or products they can provide for your advancement? Do they go the extra-mile to help you exceed your goals? Because at the end of the day, if you as the client is successful, won’t they be successful? If you are finding yourself at the end of a long email detailing why they won’t be able to serve you in a capacity that you think should be a no-brainer, now might be the time for you to consider a relationship that is more than just beneficial to one party.
